The Vern Scown Memorial Tyro Competition recognizes and encourages the next generation of auction professionals.
Designed for newer auctioneers, the Tyro Competition provides an opportunity to gain valuable competition experience, showcase your developing skills, and step onto the Convention stage alongside fellow auction professionals.
More than simply a competition, the Tyro is an opportunity to build confidence, make connections, and become more involved in Alberta's auction community.
Eligible contestants will compete for the title of 2027 Vern Scown Memorial Tyro Champion.
